How to read the numbers on your frame
Every frame has three numbers printed inside the temple. Once you can read them, you can find a frame that fits anywhere.

Look inside the left temple of your glasses. You will find something like 48□22 145.
Three numbers
The first is the width of each lens in millimetres. The square means the next number is the bridge, the gap between the lenses. The last is the length of the temple.
If a frame fits you well, write those numbers down. Within two millimetres either way, almost any frame with the same three numbers will fit too.
